Without trust there is no team, and without accountability there is no trust. Being fully accountable builds trust and allows the team to do their best possible work. Trust in their manager, trust in one another.

Clear and open Communication is the bedrock of a successful team. How do we communicate in and out? How do we share our successes and avoid making the same mistakes?

Continuously be on the look out to Identify the problems and challenges facing the team, project, individual. Find ways and methods to improve efficiency so everyone can do the work without the overhead. Solve the problems that need solving. Find the best path forward.

Clearly establishing why we do what we do. The touchstone for all the work a team does should flow back through the central mission and move the organizations goals forward. This gives the individual agency in the direction of the company.
